The price point I have transacted in most consistently runs from $800,000 through $3.5 million, with experience at higher price points as well.

In the DFW market, I am both an active advisor and a homeowner. Having purchased my own home in Frisco and transacted across the metroplex, I bring a perspective most agents here do not have: the direct experience of navigating a purchase as a principal, not just an advisor.
